TheDC team sends a warm “Shout Out” to Shri Debaraj Upadhyay , IPS for being awarded the prestigious President’s Police Medal.
Yesterday All Assam Gorkha Students Union (AAGSU) felicitated him in Guwahati.
He is currently serving as the Joint Commissioner of Police, Kamrup metro.
Mr. Upadhyay was awarded the President’s Police medal for distinguished service from Assam by President Ram Nath Kovind on the occasion of 70th Republic Day.
