MANIPUR: Gorkha Man Kidnapping by Suspected Militants Sparks Outrage
Yesterday, people of Kalapahar village in Manipur blocked the Highway to protest the kidnapping of Tikaram Rizal, by unidentified armed persons, 16th February around 7 PM from his house.
