Save Our Mall Road

Hey good people of Darjeeling, as much as we claim to “love” our hills, there are very few who actually seem to care.

Look at this picture posted Mr Rajesh Mallick [in Darj Yester Year] – this is our beloved Mall Road and there is no reason or rhyme why this vehicle should be plying here.

Who allowed this vehicle to drive here? and why is no one protesting?

One of our readers Mr Anik Basu wrote in DYY, “I think Darjeeling Chronicle should re-post Rajesh Mallick’s pictures of such incidents” – following his suggestions here we are posting this picture, however, the question remains – WILL ANYONE CARE??
