Shout Out to Little Angels School Family

Little Angels School Family - Lending a helping hand

We all know and believe that school isn’t just a place to acquire knowledge and education, but also the place where we learn values and morality. At a time where we complain about schools of being commercialised, Little Angels School has set an excellent example.

Rohit Oraon, a class 7 student of the School was recently diagnosed with brain tumour. As Rohit comes from a very humble background, it was impossible for his family to get him treated by themselves. Understanding the situation, Little Angels School took an initiative to help Rohit with his treatment.

All the teachers, students, guardians and the non-teaching staffs started contributing for the cause. In no time, they were able to collect Rs. 5O,000 which was handed over to Rohit’s parents.

Rohit underwent a successful operation under the supervision of Dr. Siddhiraj Sharma and now he is under observation at the North Bengal Neuro Centre in Pradhan Nagar, Siliguri.

We send a warm shout out to Radhika Sharma, Principal of Little Angles School, for motivating the staffs and the students with the idea. But most of all, we stand inspired by the effort of the entire Little Angels Family, who stood united together to save one of their own.
