The family of Achutam Bhattarai, who allegedly received threat calls from Inspector-in-charge of Darjeeling town Soumijit Roy today received a general diary against him at Darjeeling police station.
In a letter to DSP, Sakuntala Bhattarai, the mother of Achutam Bhattarai, has alleged that her son received a call from the IC Soumijit Roy who threatened him that he will burn down their house and rape his mother and sister if Achutam did not pay heed to IC’s warning.
The letter has also been forwarded to Human Rights and Women’s Commission, besides other important offices.
